A pickleball fundraiser in support of Breast Cancer Hub was held on March 28, 2026, bringing together players, volunteers, and donors for a community-driven cause.
The event was organized by the Junoon Pickleball team, including Seema Tiwari, Chakradhar Reddy, and Johnson Albert, with participants from the local pickleball community taking part in the fundraiser event.
The organizers also acknowledged sponsors who supported the fundraiser. The Gold sponsors included Fiaz Syed and Siddhartha Kaw. Silver sponsors were Kranthi Aella, Shiven Tiwari, Aarti Goel, and Vijaya Arya. Bronze sponsors included Mathnasium South Charlotte, Lakshmi Pasalapudi, Bala Sure, Siddhartha Varma, Kanan Naik, Usha Suryadevara, Nishi Bryska, and Srikanth Bhonagiri.
In a message shared on behalf of the BCH team, Dr Lopamudra Das Roy thanked donors, players, and volunteers for their support, stating that the fundraiser brought together passion, purpose, and a strong sense of community.
Breast Cancer Hub provides free services, with donations allocated to donor-designated causes. The organizers said the fundraiser aimed to support breast cancer awareness and services, with contributions from the pickleball community helping further the initiative.
