A Key Priority for the IPA is Youth Player Development, Training and Official Pathways and Events. To this end, the association is actively working to:

⦁ Women’s pickleball cup expansion, championing gender inclusion
⦁ Host International Coaches Conferences to Facilitate Knowledge Exchange and Nationwide Certification Programs for References for References and Coaches, Creating Employment and Structure
⦁ Conduct Multiple State events through association leading to Nationals Leading to India’s Representation at the Pickleball World Cup and Other International Events

The ipa has alredy outlined a massive plan to spread pickleball’s influence throughout India. It intends to introduce structured programs and coordinate them with current government initiatives like khelo India and khel mahakumbh as part of its national growth strategy.
Pickleball has been extramely popular in India, as evident by the number of players increasing by 159% between 2019 and 2022. 2022. Additionally, pickleball’s popularity has grown significantly internationally, with over 5 million players in 84 counties.
