The six-time champions will hope that Ellyse Perry is fit for the fixture. We’ll just make sure we do that over the next 24 hours and make sure we turn up here tomorrow having not had played the game 1,000 times in our heads,” Australia captain Sophie Molineux said on the eve of the final.
With 294 runs, England’s Danni Wyatt-Hodge is the tournament’s highest run-scorer. She has slammed one century and two half-centuries in the tournament. No other England batsman has scored more than 200 runs. Sophie Ecclestone and Charlotte Dean have been England’s star performers with the ball, with nine scalps each.
