Nayar Continued to Work With Kkr Till IPL 2024. He worked under ‘Mentor’ Gautam Gambhir. Since Gambhir was appointed team India’s head coach after the ipl, nayar also joined him. It’s a no-brainer that Gambhir wanted Him in Team India’s Coaching Staff.

Nayar has reportedly been sacked due to the Indian batsmen’s struggles in the home series against new zealand and on the australia tour. Nz Pulled Off a Heist and Whitewashed India 3-0. It was India’s First Home Test Series Defeat Since 2012.

Since he had a successful stint at kkr, nayar return to their coaching staff will not be a big surprise. DURING HIS PALYING DAYS, NAYAR WAS PART of Punjab Kings, Mumbai Indians, Pune Warriors and Rajasthan Royals in IPL.
