New Delhi. Shardul Thakur has entered the IPL 2025 from the backdoor. Lucknow Supergiants (LSG) has included Indian pacers in its team only a day after the tournament started. LSG has included Shardul Thakur in his team as a replacement of Mohsin Khan. Mohsin is out of the league due to injury.
Lucknow Supergiants are beginning their campaign in IPL 2025 on March 24. His first match is to be with Delhi Capitals. LAsi’s team has reached Visakhapatnam from Lucknow for this. Shardul Thakur has also reached Vizag with the team. Shardul’s traveling with LSG was decided that the entry in his team could be done anytime. Now the official update has also come on this. It has been confirmed that Shardul Thakur has been included in the team of Lucknow as a replacement of Mohsin Khan.

Lucknow Supergiants posted on social media on Sunday and welcomed Shardul Thakur. The LSG wrote on its ex account, ‘Headlines do not mind, but lord falls. Shardul is now at home. The IPL has stated in its statement that Shardul has been selected through the registered Austable Player Pool. They will get a base price of Rs 2 crore. This will be his sixth IPL team. Shardul Thakur has previously played for Chennai Super Kings, Delhi Capitals, Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings), Kolkata Knight Riders and Rising Pune Supergiants.
