The selected Spin Bowling Coach will colosally with the head cricket at coe to develop and delivery specialized coaching coaching programs in Performancements. This role also involves working closely with selector, National and State Coaches, Performance Analysts, and Strength and Conditioning Specialists to Create High-Performance Training Plans.
The Coach’s Key Responsibilites would include planning and conducting training sessions at coe and providing one-on-one-one technical coaching as needed. They will develop and monitor individual player performance plans with clear objectives, collaborate with specialist coaches and selector to scout and selector talent, and UTILISE Advanced Technologies Like GPS and Biomechanical Analysis to Improve Performance. Additional, the coach will support injury rehabilitation protocols and ensure players are fit for competition.
The application is required to be a former Indian Cricketer or a Former First-Class Player with Experience of at Least 75 first-Class Mats and 3 Years of Coaching Experience Experience Experience Experience in a high Environment, or a BCCI Coe Level 2 or 3 Coach With Similar Coaching Experience. A successful track record in High-Performance Planning, Monitoring and Implementing Player Development Plans in Elite Environments is also required.
