Sanju samson sufered an injury while batting against the delhi capitals at the arun jaitley stadium on April 16 (Wednsday). While cutting a ball from Vipraj Nigam, Samson Suffered a Side Strain. He could only bat for one ball after that before he was retired hurt. This injury was serial as he murdered the next rr match against LuckNow Super GINTS (LSG). This was also confirmed by the franchise and mentor rahul dravid as well.
Samson has not yet recoveered from this injury and hence is missing from this game as well. In fact, he has not even traveled to Bengaluru with the rest of the team.
