The Pakistan cricket team has named a strong 15-member squad for the women’s World Cup 2026 from June 12 in the UK. The team will be led by Fatima Sana and will open the campaign against arch-rivals India on June 14. Pakistan are placed in Group 1 along with India, Australia, South Africa, and two Qualifiers – the Netherlands and Bangladesh.

Pakistan have opted to go in with fresh faces and will have five players who will make their T20 World Cup. These names include – Eyman Fatima, Natalia Parvaiz, Rameen Shamim, Saira Jabeen and Tasmia Rubab.

The top order will have Gull Feroza, who smashed two hundreds in the recently concluded ODI series against Zimbabwe. Mubeena Ali and Ayesha Zafar will bring quality in batting. Natalia Parvaiz, Iram Javed, Aliya Riaz, and Saira Jabeen form the core of Pakistan’s middle order.
