Asian Talent Gets Global Push: 12 Players Join Upa Trailblazers Program with Ppa Tour, Mlp Access

Besides Ryan, 11 Other Young Picklaball Players from China, Taiwan, Macau, Vietnam, South Korea, Malaysia, and Japan have been chowen for the Ambitious Program.

The players will undergo a three-month immersion program at the Arizona Athletic Grounds. They will be mentored by American Professional Pickleball Players and Coaches, and will also receive media training to develop their personal brands.

The selected athletes will get Opportunities to Compete in the PPA Tour and Major League pickleball events as part of their exposure.

The upa aims to create a pool of talent in asia, helping the continent become a force to reckon with in the global pickleball landscape.

“I Never Really Thought About Going Pro In Pickleball, but it is definitely a dream come True,” Ryan Told the Straits Times on May 2. “And i am excited to playball at that HIGHE LEGHLY. Also means committing to the sport in every way, and hopely it’s just the start of somenting bigger. “

After completing their training, the 12 asian players will receive two-yar upa asia contracts to play in the ppa tour asia and Mlp Asia Tournaments, Starting Later this year.

Ryan, A Former Tennis Player, is the only player from singapore to be selected for the program.

“It is a great honor to be the only singaporean selected for the program. And to me, it is a source of pride to represant my count on the international level,” Shared Ryan. “But I think it also also also comes with a sense of responsibility.
