‘Tum Aaya, Camera Laaya…Bhagao Isko’: MS Dhoni-Deepak Chahar Banter Steals Show Before MI vs CSK

'tum aaya, camera laaya...bhagao isko': ms dhoni-deepak chahar banter steals show before csk vs mi

MS Dhoni is nearing a return to the Indian Premier League (IPL). Dhoni has been out of action this year due to a calf injury, but he seems to have recovered from it. Chennai Super Kings (CSK) dropped a big hint about Dhoni’s return and shared a video of him doing wicketkeeping drills, much to the delight of fans, who are anticipating his comeback against the Mumbai Indians (MI) on Thursday.

Ahead of the game, CSK also shared a fun moment between MS Dhoni and Deepak Chahar, a former CSK player who is turning out for MI. In the video, Deepak Chahar approached MS Dhoni with a cameraman, prompting a funny reply from the veteran.

Dhoni said, “Tum aaya, saath mein leke leke camera… run isko.” (You came along with a camera… get him out of here.) Chahar played along, telling the cameraman: “Arey yaar bhaiya, jao aap.” (Come on, brother, please go.)

MS Dhoni added with a smile: “Haan, don’t talk too much.” (Yes, otherwise we won’t be able to talk.)

CSK Leaves Comeback Call To Dhoni

Meanwhile, according to a report in Revsportz, the CSK management has left the comeback call to Dhoni. A source close to the development said that Dhoni has not yet conveyed if he is ready to play against MI, adding that it will be his decision to play, or he could postpone his comeback and play against the Gujarat Titans in Chennai.

“The CSK management is waiting on Dhoni to tell them when he is finally ready,” a source in the know told RevSportz. “The decision is entirely and entirely his. If he believes it could be in Mumbai or it could be on the 26th in Chennai against Gujarat Titans — it would be his decision. While he did ‘keeping and batted at the nets at Wankhede on Tuesday, he hasn’t yet conveyed anything to the CSK management when he can finally step out in the middle.’
