Sohit’s Journey Began when an Army Physiotherapist, Who Came as a Messiah in His Life and Recognized Sohit’s Potential, Took Him to Former Kargil War Hero and Naval COCH RICHPAL Singh. At first, singh refused to coach sohit as he only tutored kids Above the age of 12, but after looking at sohit’s talent, he made an exception for the young kid kids and started guding him. After Sohit’s Exceptional Performance during the U-15 National Archery Championship, His Proud Coach Told Toi, “I Felt If He We Weren’t Given A Chance Now, HIS TALENT WOLD GO TO WASTE. Gave Him Admission – and He Proved Himself. ” He also stated, “Scoring 710 out of 720 in the 40-metre Event has Never Been achieved in this age category.”
Sohit’s Journey in Archery Started at age 10 when he competed in the Senior National Championship in Jamshedpur; This was the first time he represented his state in a Senior-Level Archery Championship. Although he failed to secure any medals, his skills improved daily, ultimately leading to many medals in the sgfi school national games in Gujarat and the open National Archery Tournament in 2024.
