This is now the lowest total that csk has ever posted at their home ground in 18 years of the ipl. The Previous Lowest Score by CSK at Chepauk was 109 all out against Mumbai Indians in 2019.

Kkr won the toss and opted to bowl first, and made full use of sluggish track at chepauk. They restricted the home side to 103/9 in their 20 overs. Vijay Shankar (29) and Shivam Dube (31) was the only batters who breaking the 20-r mark for csk.
